Vintage Tin Can Rocking Chair Pin Cushion GUC.
5-1/2" tall, 4" front to back.
Green velvet is worn from years of use and display.  Some old pins still in the cushion. cushion is just sitting on the frame (I am not sure if it is meant to be glued to the chair bottom or not.
A nice vintage sewing collectible.
