    Description

    Cute Vintage pin cushion or hat pin holder.  The base is made from an old 1940s vintage flapper shoe.  The shoe is a black suede leather the top is a metallic satin fabric.   It is adorned with decorative buttons, lace and silk ribbon.
    Excellent vintage condition.
