VINTAGE FULL DOLL PIN CUSHION FIGURINE
very unique & hard to find full bodied figurine pin cushion doll! This porcelain pin cushion doll is the full figure model, not in two sections, done in the form of a "Flapper Girl."  She is in a sitting position, head tilted to one side, arms across her chest, wearing a rose color (although in certain lighting it takes on an orange look) dress top outlined in black and gold shoes. Has orange material wrapped around top part of her legs and black lace around her middle. She was used on top of a pin cushion at one time and has the sew hole on each side.
This belonged to a family member and is from the 30's. Appears to be all original, I did pull a little of the glued material back from around her legs just to make sure it was not covering up any damage and there was none. I did not glue it back so buyer could also see this for themselves. I could find no mark on her.
She is in excellent vintage condition, has been stored in a china cabinet for many years. No damage of any kind, no chips, cracks or restoration. Only thing I could find to mention was just the slightest wearing of the gold on the front of her shoes. The white area & dark paint mark on back of her dress is from when she was painted and was missed there, it is under the glaze. Same for a few white spots on her brown hair. All from when manufactured.
She measures almost 2" tall x 3" long.
