Probably from the 1970s or n80s. May have been handmade from a pattern, or commercially made. Looks like something that was commonly found at a Church Bazaar. Very cute! Has dust from not being used and left beside the sewing machine- I removed some, but there is a small amount remaining under the top of the folds.  ******PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS AND READ "CONDITION" BELOW BEFORE PURCHASE.
CONDITION:
Used, needs to be dusted, has been neglected and unused for some time. A few rust stains from a few of the pins, colors bright. Includes the pins/needles -including the curved needle. May have been made by hand and purchased at a Church Bazaar, or could be commercially made. Good condition other than the dust.
