    Description

Handmade Navajo Native American Bolo tie with organic turquoise and agate stones fitted within an asymmetrical oval shape. Stones are encircled with metal so that they are visible on both sides, and with prongs to hold them in place. On the back of this 2.5" Bolo tie buckle, it is stamped with the original "BENNET PAT. PEND. Stamp." Which refers to the buckle fastener, not the designer. And because this patent stamp used to include "C-31" until the 1960's we know that this piece was made past that era.
