Primitive Rustic Bunny Rabbit Free Standing Pin Cushion

Description

Primitive, rustic bunny rabbit with a boa.  Someone has stuck pins in it so was it used as a pin cushion?
Stands by itself - sand or ? in the bottom for weight.
Measures approx 7 1/2" by 2"  and stands approx 6" high.
The coloration/staining was to make it look old.  Age?
