    Description

    These are used and have been reconditioned.  They are in good shape and still have plenty of cutting left in them. The blades are tight and not loose and still cut well. The grips are in good shape with the only issue being the green top handle has a hole at the bottom where the snips had poked through.  This should not interfere with the snips overall performance.  FREE SHIPPING.
