portion below waist not glazed.  From large estate collection of half dolls. Small dip in bottom rim appears manufacturing dent.
Most vintage pieces need cleaning or dusting...I never "monkey with" vintage items, leaving that up to new owners....both product choice and what to do! Be
particularly careful with painted or plated items.
