    Plush Velveteen Navy with Gold Trim & Miniature Satin Flowers Pincushion Shoe/Slipper. This fancy ladies shoe pincushion is a retro collectible from the 1990s by the brand Collectible Cushions, A Keepsake Novelty Pincushion.   This one does not have its box anymore and there appears to be the remains of a sticker on bottom heel of shoe (see pictures).
