This listing is for the early doll shown.   It is a pin cushion, and you can hang it or attach it to your dress as a chatelaine.   Measures approx 9" tall plus more if you count up to the pointy tip of the hat.   Measures approx 3.75" wide.
The arms are painted pink, and you can see the brown composition inside at the broken fringer tips.   Paint on arms is worn.
The head seems to be of a different doll, and the skin is yellowish white.   Painted black eyes.   The head is nice but needs cleaning.   We can see a chip at the left side of the neck which is stuffed into the body.
The hat does come off, but put onto the head, it secures the head down.
Thick blue fabric stuff body and brown stuffed hat.
All has wear as show; but this adds to it's wonderful character.   Lovely piece of useable folk art as a pin cusion.   You can see a couple of pins  stuck into the bodice.
The stuffing is not solid and you can feel the uneveness.
There is a pin and a string on the back of this doll's at so you can hang it too!
